&lt;p&gt;Next to the skyscrapers and under the suspended highways there are slums, it is true, and there isn&amp;#8217;t any kind of inclination to build a decent sidewalk in the city.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I thought that healthcare was sacrificed, but it doesn&amp;#8217;t seem to be true. Apparently they have outstanding hospitals and physicians.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;For me, the question remains: how on earth did they built all this?&lt;/p&gt;
