Next to the skyscrapers and under the suspended highways there are slums, it is true, and there isn't any kind of inclination to build a decent sidewalk in the city.

I thought that healthcare was sacrificed, but it doesn't seem to be true. Apparently they have outstanding hospitals and physicians.

For me, the question remains: how on earth did they built all this?

You're right, John, it was a quick, rough patch, thus far from perfect. And never had the opportunity to go through the gigabytes of files and do it again better.
