Bucharest Taxi cabs

Are any other places in this whole wide world where lazy-assed taxi drivers refuse rides "because they're not interested to go in that direction"?

yep, happened to me in Nice, France at 10pm at the railway station a couple of years ago :)...but hey, french are renowned for their unwillingness to work so in that case maybe it was normal
