Something interesting and meaningful happened on Brand New these days.
First — two days ago Armin Vit launches an open design contest for redesigning Space150's identity (Space150 is a design firm that every 150 days redesigns its identity).
Then — yesterday, after a tsunami of negative comments, Armin had to retract Brand New's support for the contest and "extend an apology to those that were let down by our endorsement of it."
Why? — because the readers regarded it as spec work.
